Meet Our Veterinarians in Madison, MS

Robert Filgo

Robert Filgo, DVM

Special Interests: Small Animals · Cardiology · Pain Management

Dr. Filgo is a 1988 graduate of Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. In the spring of 1995, Dr. Filgo and Dr. McLeod founded All Creatures Animal Care Center in Madison, Mississippi.

Dr. Filgo has special interests in cardiology and small animal pain management. He is a past president of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and a former delegate representing Mississippi in the AVMA. He is currently the chairman of the Legislative Committee for the MVMA.

He is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association, and the Dean’s Council representing the Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Filgo currently sits on the Board of Veterinary Medicine for Mississippi, representing the Central District.

In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife, Courtney, and their three daughters — Wesley, Wenston, and Willa.

Glynn McLeod

Glynn McLeod, DVM

Special Interests: Large Animals · Reproduction · Equine Dentistry

Dr. McLeod is a native of Rankin County and is a 1988 graduate of Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, he completed a one-year internship at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine.

He then traveled to Australia, where he spent three years as a clinical instructor at the University of Queensland School of Veterinary Science. In 1992, he returned home and began doing relief work for local veterinarians while starting his own mobile mixed animal practice.

In the spring of 1995, Dr. McLeod and Dr. Filgo established All Creatures Animal Care Center in Madison, Mississippi. Dr. McLeod is a general practitioner with special interests in large animal medicine, reproduction (both small and large animals), and equine dentistry.

Amanda Camp

Amanda Camp, DVM

Special Interests: Small Animals · Reproduction · Endocrinology · Soft Tissue Surgery

Dr. Camp earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University. She joined All Creatures in 2000 and became a partner in 2004.

Driven by a passion for animals, her expertise lies in reproduction, endocrinology, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery. She was recognized as Young Veterinarian of the Year in 2007 by the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association (MVMA), and in 2024, she received the prestigious Alumni of the Year award from the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Camp has served as the MVMA Representative at Large and is currently serving as Vice President. She is a devoted mother to Miriam and Herren and an active member of the Chapel of the Cross Episcopal Church. She enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and outdoor activities.

Lauren B. Glenn

Lauren B. Glenn, DVM

Special Interests: Small Animals · Oncology
Dr. Glenn is a long-time resident of Madison, MS, and a graduate of Madison Central High School. She and her family have been clients at All Creatures for some time and were actually one of Dr. Camp’s first clients after Dr. Camp graduated from vet school. She started working at All Creatures in the kennels as soon as she could drive until she moved to Starkville to pursue her undergraduate and veterinary degrees. She studied Animal and Dairy Sciences and Religious Studies at Mississippi State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2018. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022.

She and her husband, Thomas, then moved to Madison, where she started working at All Creatures as an associate veterinary in June of 2022. They recently welcomed their first child and love spending time as a family along with their two British Labrador Retrievers, Tibbee and Tully. Dr. Glenn also enjoys cooking, hosting family and friends, traveling, reading, and shopping at local antique stores. She and her husband are members of Madison Heights Church and love their supportive church family. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is developing relationships with clients, their families, and their pets from puppyhood into the gray-faced years. She also enjoys educating clients on preventative care and wellness and has a special interest in oncology and helping clients navigate difficult diagnoses and what is best for their families. She can’t wait to meet you and your furry family members!

Kristen Chisolm Hipp

Kristen Chisolm Hipp, DVM

Special Interests: Small Animals · Senior Pets · Pain Management · Ophthalmology · Oncology

Dr. Hipp earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2019 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University. She joined All Creatures directly after graduation.

After externing with ACACC, she was immediately drawn to the clinic’s positive environment and experienced support staff. All Creatures provides above-standard care through advanced medicine, surgery, and general veterinary services — all backed by an AAHA certification and a team of highly trained technicians.

This environment has allowed Dr. Hipp to offer exceptional care and form meaningful bonds with her patients.

Lyndsay Summers

Lyndsay Summers, VMD

Special Interests: Small Animals · Dermatology · Internal Medicine

Dr. Lyndsay Summers joined All Creatures in 2009. A Pennsylvania native, she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Prior to moving to Mississippi, she worked in mixed animal practices in both North and South Carolina.

Her veterinary interests include dermatology and internal medicine, and she enjoys working with both cats and dogs.

In her free time, Dr. Summers and her husband, Matt, enjoy adventure racing. She also loves CrossFit, reading, cooking, and keeping up with her three boys’ active sports schedules.
